How do you identify potential talent? - We scout and recruit talent from within applying a thorought tests to all applicants starting at the job posting itself. Not only we meausre there knowledge in a particular field but also assertiveness, communication skills, time management, etc. We make sure all candidates presented to you are a fit to the position and to your values.
Can individuals or teams request scouting services? - Yes, it does not matter the size of your business or if you are still working on the details.
Who are your trainers and what are their qualifications? - We have experts in multiple fields and each of them offera different set of courses. You can check their LinkedIn Profiles on our About Page!
Is the training customized based on individual or team needs? - Yes! All courses are customized based on your industry and needs.
Do you provide both online and on-site training sessions? - We currently provide On-line training only.
Can you accommodate different skill levels? - We test all participants prior to the course to accomodate based on previous knowledge of the participants.
What aspects of team management do you cover? - We take care of all the aspects of the operation, including KPIs, supervising, PIP, 1 on 1´s, Training, etc. We tailor all of our work based on your needs and communication style to make sure you are worry free. Disclaimer: Payroll can be included for an additional charge.
Do you offer ongoing support for team development? - Yes, all customers of our Management and Community plan have free access to our on going training program.
Can you help with strategic planning and game analysis? - We offer quarterly competitive analysis in our ManagementPlan. But you may also request ad hoc consultancy here.
What is the typical timeline for scouting reports or training programs? - We accomodate training programs to your availability. Our Scouting service is divided into 2 parts: Search and Signature. Once the fee paid for Search is processed we will be providing at least 3 candidates within a month. Once you choose one of the candidates, the signature bonus will be requested.
What information do you need from clients to get started? - All the information is requested prior to purchasing, we always want to make sure we are a good fit for your company. The collection has multiple sources depending on the services, it could be: forms, interviews, emails, etc.
