These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of All Sikes LLC's Website, located at allsikes.com.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use AllSikes if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of us. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Web Usage:
a. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
b. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Allsikes and is protected by intellectual property
laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
c. User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the website. This includes but is not limited to hacking, scraping, or transmitting harmful code.
Training Service Usage:
a. Service Description: Our training services are designed to provide comprehensive courses aimed at optimizing and streamlining operations. We focus on equipping your workforce with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles with fundamental courses, our training aims to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization. Our commitment is to actively engage in the learning process, ensuring that your talent not only acquires theoretical insights but also gains practical advice for process improvement. We apply our extensive knowledge to your benefit, actively participating in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by your team, which will be subsequently reviewed by us. Our flexibility acknowledges the dynamic nature of operations, allowing us to adapt to the unique needs and challenges your business may face at any given time.
b. Payment and Refund Policy: A non-refundable scouting fee is required for our unlimited search services. Additionally, a non-refundable signing fee applies upon the successful placement of a candidate within the client’s organization. We provide a three-month guarantee: if the client chooses to restart the search within three months of the candidate’s start date, we will identify a replacement at no additional cost, provided that the job posting remains unchanged from the original approved search.
c. Participant Responsibilities: Participants are responsible for adhering to all guidelines and instructions provided by Allsikes during the training sessions. This includes active participation in the learning process, engagement in the creation and review of SOPs, and compliance with any additional requirements communicated by Allsikes.
Scouting Service Usage:
a. Service Description: We provide a scouting service to help clients find candidates for their job openings. To begin, the client must complete a form and approve the job description. Once approved, we deliver three to five candidates per week, starting one to two weeks after the job description is finalized. We continue providing candidates weekly until the client fills the position.
b. Payment and Refund Policy: We charge a non-refundable scouting fee for our unlimited search services. Additionally, a non-refundable signing fee is applied for successfully placing a candidate within the client’s organization. We offer a three-month guarantee: if the client wishes to resume the search within three months of the candidate’s first day of work, we will find a replacement candidate at no additional cost as long as the job posting remains the same (no changes will be allowed to the job posting approved on the initial search).
c. Client Responsibilities:
- Provide Accurate Information: Complete a survey with detailed and accurate information to support the candidate selection process.
- Participate Actively: Engage in the process by attending debriefing sessions, conducting interviews, and providing timely feedback.
- Communicate Clearly: Maintain clear and open communication with our team, including sharing specific requirements or preferences to improve the match.
- Review and Comply with Terms: Carefully review and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract provided at the start of the service.
If the client fails to provide feedback for more than two weeks, the search will be considered canceled, and it will be at Allsikes’ discretion to decide whether to resume the process.
Allsikes Thrive Usage:
a. Subscription Terms: By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms set forth in the subscription agreement. This agreement encompasses details regarding payment terms, renewal policies, and procedures for cancellation. It is imperative that you carefully review and understand these terms before subscribing to our services.
b. Automatic Renewal: Certain subscriptions may be set to automatically renew unless canceled. The specific details concerning automatic renewal, including any associated fees or changes in terms upon renewal, will be explicitly stated in the subscription agreement. It is the subscriber's responsibility to be aware of and manage the automatic renewal status of their subscription.
c. Cancellation: Subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription, adhering to the cancellation procedures delineated in the subscription agreement. Please be aware that cancellation may be subject to fees or restrictions as specified in the agreement. It is advisable to review the cancellation terms thoroughly and take note of any associated conditions.
d. Extended Guarantees
- Coverage: The extended guarantee applies exclusively to roles previously scouted by Allsikes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitations: The guarantee covers one replacement per subscription at a time and a total of 4 per year. The Scouting Search will resume only if requested by the client and the new search will follow the same scope as the original agreement:The client will receive a minimum of three candidates per week, beginning one week after the job description is approved for the resumed search.

The guarantee is applicable as long as, the client:
a) Subscribe the new hire to the Allsikes Thrive program, or
b) Provide proof that the previously placed talent is no longer employed. Accepted proof includes an official letter, email, or screenshot indicating the person has quit or been terminated.
General Terms:
a. Modification of Terms: All Sikes LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
b. Limitation of Liability: Allsikes is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
c. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.
